I pay my wife for wifely duties from account A->B. We also pay our babysitter B->C. Account A generally sends $980-995/month, B sends $300-500 per month.

Today I went to send A->B and it got denied saying B needed to verify info. Verified and all seems well now.

A has still not verified all info (I just ignore the yellow highlights and pop up messages).

Not sure if that helps someone decode what is going on but thought I'd throw it out there.

Astro - I have been in the Jungle for quite some time. While I have taken on many casualties in my accounts, I am by no means locked out.:p

Just curious... have you actually been participating in this deal in the last year? I don't have time to go over all your nonsensical posts, but am under the impression you were in the first wave of members that got locked out of this deal from being too greedy early on.

I have a question about a new account. Must amazon account holder's name match the name (and thus DL number) on the attached bank account?

Deleted.

yes.

tried using a work address (as is listed on many things for me) and was getting the unable to verify with several emails until the name on account (exact name) and address was the same.

Was worried for a minute. I've got 2 accounts in my name at with same address but first name variation. Account 1 is used all the time, account 2 is never used. I've accidentally sent $3 from account 1 to account 2 once. Both accounts were locked. I decided to go for account 1 since it has more history and activity and that amazon account has more purchases. Verfication and acceptance was instant. So I should take my $3 in account 2 as a loss and never try entering my social in that one in the future. Doing all these from China (on the same IP)

Data Point:

2 accounts, same name, same address, same SS# (was forced to enter it this week), same bank account, both accounts work, able to send money, able to receive, withdraw. FYI, I do not send A>B>A, there are other accounts in the mix, but it appears that having A and B that are exact copies of each other (different email, but nothing else) is still possible, something to think about. Let's hope we can do this for another 2 years as last 2 were great.

Cheers,

PedroNY

Can you check how it is breaking down No. of Payments/Sent received and Value of Payment Sent/Received between the identical accounts please?

Thanks for the datapoint.

PedroNY: Really suggest you break the transactions into smaller sized amounts. Very hard to determine how Amazon Payments is rounding up the usual suspects, but your risk of getting caught in a roundup is definitely elevated now. If they lock the account your funds will be in time out for about 90 days. Right now I have some dollars in the impound lot depreciating in value faster than the integrity of congress.:D
