Does AP know the owner names and billing addresses of the bank account?

Instead of having my mom withdraw money to her own bank account, I want her to withdraw to my own account (not the one I use for my own AP though). I added her as a Joint Owner to our new bank account.

However, the new bank account billing address is mine, but upon adding the bank account on her AP, I will choose her own billing address, not mine. Any problem with this?

It MIGHT throw up a flag on Amazon's part. You won't know until you make the account. Prepare yourself if you do have to deal with Amazon. It's a PITA.

AP is really pissing me off. SO's AP account needs more "additional information". After adding bank account, they sent an email saying a CC needed to be added. Yet it's still "not verified", sent an email. They want a copy of a ID. Seriously? You ask for her information while signing up, once again after signing up, and when adding bank & CC.

How frustrating.
Meanwhile, I opened two accounts. No issues.

I had the similar issue when I registered for my wife. So we ended up faxing the US passport to get it activated. It took almost 2 weeks to get everything done.

There's no auto-withdraw option on AP, right?

I basically had to call in her behalf over and over again.
Finally got it. Now the funds are flowing.

There is auto deposit from bank account, but no auto withdraw.

I sent my dad $$ via AP for the first time. Payment went through perfectly.

However, dad got this message:

Greetings from Amazon Payments.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your transaction(s). As part of our verification process, we request that you fax us a copy of a recent credit card billing statement confirming the name, address, and telephone number associated with the credit card presented for your transaction. You can fax this documentation to our fax number at 1-800-887-0540 or 001-206-765-3424
What credit card transaction are they talking about? He didn't send the money, he is just receiving. What exactly do they want him to fax in? thanks...

Maybe just email them the same question and find out?

I think it has to do with account verification. When I first sent over $250. They also freaked out on my account too.

I finished my 1K.
A > C > B.
(A&B me) (C - GF)

Now can I do another card and do
B > C > A?
Since both B & A are me, my limits aren't up for B just A.

Anyone do it?

A & B is you. Do they both have your name and addresses?

Man I don't know, let someone else weigh-in on this. Having two accounts with the same name and addresses is already iffy enough for me.

You may not be able to do: B > C > A as the limit would have been reached for C for receiving as well as sending. You may still do B > A though.

Cheers!

From his original post, it sounds like f0xx did $1K A > C via credit card and then $1K C > B from Amazon balance, in which case, there are still two more opportunities. No need for the middleman pass through. $1K A > B, $1K B > C, $1K C > A, all funded by credit card.
