I am planning to do the following:

A->B, B->C, C->D, D->A

Let me know if this will have any issue.

Thanks,
ramamosn

In relation to shutdowns, I'm just curious, do people get their entire Amazon account shutdown or is it only for the AP portion?

I'm thinking about bringing my brother into the fold

Currently I'm A, doing A > B to B bank, would end up doing C > A > A bank, A > B > B bank, B writing me a check/cash and doing C > A with GC

However I know he is not willing to risk losing his Amazon account over it, as he is in love with Amazon, so just curious on what happens with people's accounts in reference to shutdowns.

Hello all,

Quick Amazon Payments noobie Q --

To cut a long story short: can I use AP to pay my friend up in Canada, I dont think he has an AP account. Can he create one or is this service US only like Venmo?

Thanks!

edit:// nvm I think I found my answer that the service is US only right now.

Amz payments can be made to another Amz acct holder.

Note: When my brother and his wife was shut down over a year ago, it was their ENTIRE Amz accounts. They were doing A>B>A.

But from what you posted, adding the safety of C (3rd party) you and your brother shouldnt have any problems as long as all have different names, differ SSN and differ bank accts.

Does Freedom earns quarterly bonus on Amazon payments?

That is disheartening, as it will be a very tough sell to him to let me use AP on his account if there's any risk of shutdown of his main AZ account.

Others have reported AP shutdowns (for multiple -think many- AP accounts) that left the Amazon accounts open. He could open a second Amazon account under a dedicated email and link that one to the AP.
But this game is not for everyone. I would not ask someone to play it unless they understood all the risks and wanted to, and not just because I want them to want to.

Can you provide more details on this?
Many here, myself included, have been doing A-B-A for YEARS with no problems. Were they using the same bank account perhaps?

Yes you shoul be concerned. the government is shutdown, banks are robbing us blind, republicans are getting more and more extremeist, poverty continues to rise and Syria continues to destablize the middle east.

Should you be concerned? Obviously you should.

I've been reading quite a bit on using AP to make bonuses.
But what I see is a lot of people doing A > B > A or even A > B > C > A.

I was wondering if anyone has done or is doing, A > C > B and deposited money back into one of your accounts from B. A&B are your AP accounts and C is another person.

There is no difference between A>C>B and A>B>C except that in the first A and B are your accounts and in the second A and C are your accounts....

I don't know if he needs to be concerned... I have been doing A-B-A since the beginning of Amazon payments and am still going strong. Probably comes down to how you do the payments... I never do a flat $1000 but always break it up into different amounts.
