Also as mentioned above, any idea on the current regional champagne served on MH?
Many thanks in advance.
I seriously doubt there will be any on that flight.

Weird. I flew the (reverse / turnaround) sector (MH804 KUL->MNL) and was able to request a champagne. I am not a champagne guy and didn't bother to request on the way back.

MH804 ist an evening flight and therefore not a dry run. Took that one myself. Haha.

It appears that it is just the early morning flight from MNL that is dry.

Flying next week on MH851 KUL-DPS. It is scheduled at 3h00m. Does anyone know if there will be alcohol served on this flight in J as it seems to be right at the cut-off?

Thanks!

I read a review and they mentioned that this flight has alcohol on board due to being high profile.

This guy knows nothing about aviation and how it works,so I would take everything he says with a pinch of salt.

Thanks - I saw this but, since it is from 2015 I was hoping to see if there were any more recent reports.

That might be true, but at least he took pictures. Which is what I will be looking at first

Sorry, what did I say that's incorrect? And what's your aviation background?

I can confirm that alcohol was served on DPS-KUL yesterday even in Y. Nice surprise beer to end the holiday! Back to work now and a few more MH regional flights coming up so will report.

Correct,

Generally cabin classes are referred to as:
Y (Economy)
PE (Premium Economy)
C (Business)
F (First)

These cabin class abbreviations are not to be confused with fare codes, as there are many letters to each fare class.
