Perhaps you can give feedback directly to MH at their website, or through Enrich instead (with 160 flights, you must be Platinum by now).

MH is going downhill very fast, that is if they're not already there. Furthermore I have given up on MH Enrich. If Malindo (OD) decides to return to the main KLIA terminal I guess I'll be flying them more frequently instead for domestic and regional flights. Their J product is pretty good.

Not necessarily. See the post about Kul-Maa with a block time of 3:20 and no alcohol. There is no official policy on their website and the 3 hour rule is just something fliers like myself have been told by the cabin crew.

I was so ticked off about this I sent a tweet to @MAS:
@MAS thanks for stopping alcohol service in business class on short intl. flights. great premium experience enhancement.
Received this reply:
Apologies for the inconvenience, as the decision was in response to the preference of majority customers & taken in consultation
My response:
@MAS good luck with that decision. I'm sure it will really enhance revenue and loyalty. #iflythai
I'm sure the research question, if there really was any done, was something like: What would you prefer we discontinue: FLIGHT SAFETY or ALCOHOL?

Ridiculous policy. Am in the middle of booking flights for a couple of Asia trips and have decided to not considering MH because of this. Their short haul business class seats and meals were sad to begin with. This just seals the deal.

It's a shame they've decided to do this, but I can see how they might come to this conclusion. Are they still serving alcohol in the Regional Lounge in KL?
