Probably won't have much time there myself next week: I've got an Air Dolomiti flight at 06h50. If I do have some time, I will report back.

At the H gates Senator Lounge at MUC right now. No registration or FFP mask requirement being enforced. Are these rules no longer in effect?

MUC went back to surgical face masks on Sep 2. Since all pax except domestic need to have a recovery/vaccination/test cert to travel only the latter are checked.

I was under the impression that for transfer passengers, Germany no longer requires rec/vacc/test if the destination country does not require it. While most countries require it, there are still a few places that you can travel to without, especially if you're a citizen.

Just FYI, last Tuesday (Sep 14), the lounge near A50 was packed. They let us in but after a walk-through and seeing only a few random vacant seats very close to others, we decided we would rather go and spend the hour at the empty gate area two gates away from our own departure gate. This was mid-day, between 11:30 - 12:30.

Hope the lounge in Z is not this crowded on our return flight when we have 4+ hours layover.

I finally found this post of mine. What a waste of time. I won't feed back here, but I'll feed back either in the Business catering thread or the Air Dolomiti one. Flight is in two morning's time.

In CGN a new Contracted Lounge (same place as the old LH Lounge) opended. LH and EW status Guests have access there.

NUE has a new lounge, but still no access for LH/LX/OS.

LH seems to reopen lounges quietly. So checking the Lounge Directory just before flying is a good idea.

Anyone visited the JFK lounge recently, and can comment on the current food/bev service?

While the Lufthansa website still shows SEN lounge access for FTL in MUC, I have been turned down from G24 lounge on Sunday, and have been sent to Business side in G28.

The lounge offering was weak on food, only some sort of a orzo salad thing, and I think a cream of vegetable soup. Brezels also available. Everything served by an attendant, including all drinks.

There's some dumpy contract lounge in place, at least for LOT.
