If you don't fly the WAW-LUZ then yes, the rest of the segments will be cancelled. Only in exceptional circumstances can that be waived, you would need to call and ask in advance and get it in writing.
That's plenty of time. I would just take Uber/Bolt and not fuss with trains. It's very cheap.
Hopefully by then all the lounges will be open and you might not want to bother leaving the airport. You could use both Polonez (Schengen) when you come from LUZ and then Mazurek to wait out the final few minutes before boarding. If you're flying C on the EWR-WAW-EWR or you have Gold, you can use the Elite lounge within Polonez that (was) is slightly better catered with F&B. You'll only have access to Mazurek on WAW-EWR as its the non-Schengen lounge.

Missing any segment of your ticket will lead to auto cancellation of the remainder of the ticket the moment boarding closes for the missed flight. The segments can be reinstated if you have a valid reason.

Not sure if this is done for all e-tickets or only for non-Ref fares.

I suppose it depends if the fare used has a no-show penalty

Take away F&B in both Preludium and Bolero.
From Easter, Basia should have some take away in Polonez, probably in time for the theoretical boost in pax numbers and around this time the Spa re-opening.

Interesting, they're going to introduce take away and open Spa in the middle of third wave

More interesting is expanding the schedule hugely compared to W20 in the middle of the 'third wave'.

I was able to order a salad on a domestic flight. 15 PLN. I think because it's B737 operated. Let's see if it turns up!
It's not BZG

Basia’s latest Crazy Sale ex-PL has some of the cheapest prices for SH business I’ve ever seen.
WAW-LHR 185 EUR RT, probably as low as 160 on an OTA. Should be about 6000 status miles. Add a good few more if you stick in a domestic.
CMB is cheap too.

From tomorrow 11MAR it won't be possible to self-issue a BP online, in the App for basically ANY flight in order to verify CV19 admissibility status.
You can pick a seat but its all airport collection. Exception is KRK-GDN/GDN-KRK/KRK-SZY (LO erroneously state SZY has OLCI which it does not).
I could feel something was up when I was flagged yesterday for a Covid test on a pure domestic.
The issue is there are so many transfer pax slowing down boarding who have proceeded straight to the gate. Nevertheless its an easy tweak to not require this for pax on fully domestic itins.

The communication in Polish also indicates the domestic passengers flying FROM WAW can still use online B/Passes, link:

This is the present offer in Preludium which I took to Polonez to eat as its forbidden to eat in Preludium now (no more McDo). I'm not sure I would bother collecting it again.
Chicken sandwich, couscous, banana bread and hot drinks plus water. It was OK.
To be clear there is NO food or drink offered in Polonez at the moment.
