Have you already filed a lost property report with LH in TXL?

i've sent this email to Lufthansa

From:
Date: Jun 9, 2012 3:36 PM
Subject: Lost handsets
To: <[email protected]>

Hello
I'm getting in touch to ask whether 2 handsets (a black iPhone and BlackBerry) were found on flight LH3373 yesterday morning. My friend left them in a seat well and he'd like to collect them before we fly home tomorrow morning.
Please let me know what other information is required to retrieve the phones and if possible call me to confirm details:

Many thanks

Great news! found them

After phoning my Lufthansa reservation number and asking for lost property +496969021291 (number doesnt work), googling and finding this forum and speaking to Oliver2002 (legend) who directed me to Twitter BMI (they put me on to Lutfhansa), Lufthansa Baggage (+49 69 95 30 79 62) who gave me the number for Berlin Tegel Lufthansa lost and found.

The telephone numbers for Tegel Lufthansa are:

• + 49 3 0887 5 6510
• + 49 3 0887 5 6511

My pal in Berlin ow picks them up and send them to me.

Thank you Oliver2002 I'm elated!

I forgot my iphone on my Boston-Munich business class flights TWICE. Both times got it returned within one hour with a great smile on agent's face. Good luck.

Lost Camera

I left my camera on LH239 on July 21. I was sitting in 15F. The camera is a blue Kodak camera in a black case with red thread. The flight was traveling from Rome to Frankfurt, and I had pictures on it from Rome and also of the Swiss Alps. It would mean so much to me if you could find it! It is also possible that it is lost in the airport somewhere, but I think it was in the cabin. Thank you!

Welcome to FT, Jonesbird316!

Sorry to hear about your lost camera. Have you contacted Lufthansa already? If not you may want to send an email to:

You may also want to contact Frankfurt Airport at:

I would contact the airline, call the FRA airport and call/email the airport where the plane was going to after FRA in case it was found after the next flight.
