Can't find CPH in the award engine. Typing CPH or Copenhagen doesn't yield a result.

Workaround is to use any random destination and then change again destination in the flight overview page.

This quite often happens and as you say workaround is to select and then re-choose on the overview page.

Sometimes it seems to even forget Frankfurt and Munich.

Trying to search for award flights - Bad request error?
Getting an issue while trying to search for award tickets for any route. After I select the route and the dates, it shows a green tick denoting that things are fine. But as soon as I press the "Search Flights" button it gives me a blank white page with a "Bad Request" written on the top left of the webpage.
Have tried with various browsers and also different route combinations but always getting this.
This has been happening for the last 4-5 days.
Trying to reach LH on call but there are long wait times, so posting here if anyone has experienced this and has a clue.

LH / M&M IT is notoriously bad but it’s working for me currently, did you try the app ?

Yes, I get the same error on the app as well as the website.

Looking for indicative availability for this following route
- CCU - PDX (sometime in 1st-2nd week July)
- PDX - CCU (sometime around Mid Sept).
Have not flown nor booked thru M&M for years so not aware of indicative taxes on this route, so if someone can share taxes for Y, will help too.

Give M&M a call. Availability can be different according to the status you have with M&M, so it doesn't help if someone else (e.g. with a higher status) checks availability for you.

Is it possible to get indicative taxes & fees as I assume that does not change with status?

Hi guys, trying to make the best use of my miles I thought of the following routings. Do you think they are doable on the 70k business class basis?

1) WAW-BRU-COO(stopover)-ADD(destination)-HAH(stopover)-CAI-WAW

2) WAW-BRU-COO(stopover)-ADD(destination)-HAH(stopover)-ADD-VIE

3) BRU-COO(stopover)-ADD-HAH(destination)-ADD(stopover)-LHR-WAW

My doubts are about connecting via destination (2) and having a return stopover further away from the origin that the destination itself (2).

I think nowhere are there 7 segments. Just called local M&M team and they keyed in these routings in the system. Apparently routings 1 and 3 are feasible (did not ask about 2, however).

sorry, I counted the origin as one segment, my mistake.
