Is paid lounge arrest-- I mean, access, for FTL companions in Germany still available? I seem to be unable to find the page on LH's website.

No at the moment- as of now none of the 747/400 have been refit with new business yet.

Thank you.

Do LH biz award tickets become available only a few weeks before departure, or do they come out with economy award tickets? In other words, are the biz awards like F awards?

How fast Senator card is being sent by mail? I was promoted more than a month ago and still have no plastic. Shall I start kicking somebody's ... at local post-office? OR maybe at LH? :-)

I am not sure what country you are located in- however within the EU in my experience and my colleagues one month is quite a long time for a Senator card to come by mail (again- within the EU- for other regions I really have no idea).

Are Star Gold allowed to use First Class check in counter/lanes?
I realize it wouldn't give access to the FRA First Class Terminal.

Of course not.... Business class check-in is what you get, unless you buy an F ticket.

I think you are wrong! You have access to the FC CI counters at FRA.

Thanks...and at other Lufthansa counters aside from FRA? I was reading in some trip reports from 2012 where people mentioned that *G were allowed to use the F check in counters.
