I requested a Hilton transfer on June 9, it was confirmed on June 12, and the miles have not shown up in my HHonors account yet. But realize that these transfers do take a while. The fastest transfer for me took two weeks (from United).

My miles posted today-- and so did my traveling companions'!!!!!!!!

We flew all segments Apr. 30 through May 10, and all hotels, cars, and flights except TWA and US Air posted by mid-June. The last US Air and TWA flights posted sometime since Friday, and the bonus was in the accounts this morning.

We hand-delivered the original boarding passes, tickets, and receipts in their office on the trip back.

RichLond et al.:

I faxed my request to transfer 330k to Hilton on June 21. LP claims to have done their part on June 23. Points have yet to appear in my HHonors account. I'll keep you posted.

The LP board has been pretty quiet since July 1--

Have people gotten their bonuses and are enjoying the moment....

I'm in the same boat as UpgradeMe. LatinPass claims to have transferred miles to HHonors on June 12 but they haven't shown up yet. I'll let you know when they do.

An update: Took my million-miler flights from 4-28 to 5-1. Waited the required 4 to 6 weeks for post to come thru. Fedexed in originals on missing activity; delivered on 23 June. Status as of today:

- Avis: all posted

- Hilton, Radisson: posted
Holiday Inn on 20 March, Intercontinental/
CCS on 28 April: still missing

- all National, Taca/Nica, Lacsa, Aviateca,
Aces (BOG-UIO) flights: posted
Aces (UIO-LIM), Aeropostal, Avianca, Copa:
still missing

I did communicate with the manager incharge of the FF-program at National Airlines because of problems getting the posts and got very fast and friendly response. If any fellow LP-traveller needs help with National please e-mail me.

All of my million mile run flights (except for the domestic partner flights on National) were completed by 5/14.

As of today all hotels (Holiday Inn, Radisson) and car rentals (Thrifty) have posted. It did take some calls to Radisson and Thrifty to make this happen. For example, the Radisson folks didn't know how to properly input the LP number and assumed that I gave them a bad number! And the non-US Thrifty rentals don't get posted unless you fax them the rental agreement.

For the flights I still lack posts from Copa, Aces (two flights), Aeropostal, and Lacsa. Since these all took place 2 months ago, I'm finally going to send the documentation for these into LP.

I called National and spoke to a ff rep to ensure that LP received the ff credit. As it turns out National was one of the quickest to post... I'm still surprised that neither of the Aces flights showed up, as efficient and knowledgeable as they seemed. Ditto for Lacsa.

Cheers & good luck to all!

I for one sent in all the documents a few days after getting back.I called a week later and got comfirmation that the letter was received, was told it'll take 6 weeks or so to get it all in,so mid Aug will be my next call to LP no sense tying up the lines till then.
Also anyone who does call end your call wishing them a good day/weekend they do appreciate it.

I agree with craz. These guys are swamped... I think even a little bit of consideration goes a long way.

My impression is that missing postings are the result of the original carrier, hotel, or car agency and it is better to work that end rather than to bother LP.

We traveled on the Central and South American flights in mid June and most of them have posted. Four segments on LACSA, all posted, two segments on Aviateca, posted; two segments on TACA, posted; one segment on COPA, posted. I am missing both segments for flights on ACES (one counts as SAETA) and one segment on AVIANCA. It seems to me that while most of us loved the service and the amenities of ACES, we also seem to have the same problem with the posting to our frequent flyer accounts.

We called ACES before our trip and were assured that the LP number was attached to the reservation. At the checkout counter for both flights, in Lima and again in Quito, we gave the customer service rep our LP cards and were assured that the numbers were input. This was for four people in two different cities and none of the accounts have posted yet. I know we have not waited very long, but from browsing the other postings, I feel certain I will have to document this trip. Actually I am quite impressed with the number of flights that have already posted from the South American trip.

Our TWA flight however are another matter, we flew TWA in early April and those flights still have not posted to our accounts.

I just talked to LP. I travelled 6/17-6/24 plus two US segments in April. So far LP has posted Avis, Taca, Taca for Nica, Taca-Peru, Aces, Aces for Saeta, & Aviateca. Also two Hilton stays and apparently one Holiday Inn stay (that I don't remember ever doing!). Marriott shows up as granting the LP miles in their system, but LP doesn't have these yet. See my "Clueless" thread for the ongoing USAIR saga. That leaves Aeropostal, Copa, Lacsa, and Avianca as the only member airlines not to post automatically. Copa and Lacsa were cheap L class fares, but both airlines confirmed that these would count. I guess it's time to send in my receipts and boarding passes.
