I took my Aces flights on 4-29. I had 2 separate segments and 2 separate boarding passes, one for BOG - UIO and one for UIO-LIM, both being flight # 521. All were received at the same time when I was checking-in in Bogota.
LP informed me today that only the flight BOG-UIO posted.
Also, my Avianca, Aeropostal, Copa and National flights have still not posted.

I've seen two slightly different addresses for LATIN PASS. They are:
1600 NW 42nd Avenue
MIAMI, FL 33126
AND
1600 NW LE JEUNE ROAD
MIAMI, FL 33126
Am I correct in assuming that these addresses are both at the Miami International Airport and that either one of them will work?
I want to send my documents in to them.

I took the same Aces flights on 5/4 with two flight coupons and two boarding passes. They credited me with only one also, the BOG-UIO segment. The LatinPass representative was somewhat rude today and would only say that 9 flights had posted. He would not give me details so I'll call again tomorrow and see if I can get a friendlier customer service person. None of my hotel or car rentals had posted yet from April trips.

I'm wondering if my friend and I are the youngest people to do the Million Mile trip-- he's 20 and I'm 24.
I just posted my itinerary on the Itineraries board: $1584 plus tax and 20,000 Continental miles for the Million.

Thrifty does rent to people under 25 with a fee at certain locations-- this I had known before. What I didn't know is that if you contact some locations directly, they will rent to people age 18-20 for even more. The fees at different airports were:
$20/day for 21-24 in Ann Arbor, MI Thrifty;
$40/day for 18-20
$20/day for 21-24 at Detroit Metro airport Thrifty; $50 for 18-20!
Lexington, KY Thrifty was only like $5 for 21-24 and $15 for 18-20-- but the airfares into Lexington were high.
Avis in Panama City, Panama rents to anyone 23 and up with no extra fee. Avis in Saskatoon rents to anyone 18 and up with no fee.
In Ann Arbor, we asked if we could get an extra discount if we didn't drive the car off of the lot.
He gave us 15% off, and we did take the car.

Ok guys, enough is enough. The Latin Pass people have been caught by surprise by the participation in this program, and are doing their best to deal with the response.
With regard to the amount of time that is needed to post credit with PARTNER airlines/hotels and car rentals, Latin Pass is not unique. Over the years, I have requested partner credit many times. I am always prepared to wait a long time, and maintain all documentation. Most recently, I flew Aer Lingus and Korean Air-both in their first class, requesting credit with Delta. Guess what? Some segments were credited, some not. My traveling companion got credit for different segments than I received. I sent the original boarding passes to them. Delta had no record of receiving my original boarding passes. I did have my registered mail receipt and photocopies. Sent them again twice. It was 6 months from flight date and 4 months from sending the first batch of boarding passes until credit was issued. This has happened with other airlines as well.
I wish they would institute some rules on how long a person had to wait before checking on all the credits. We all have our receipts, we can prove that we should receive credit if it does not occurr electronically. Why badger them and take their time to continually check on credits? Personally, I am waiting until July 1 to request my status. Lets give them time to finish up with all the questions that people have about acquiring requirements, and let the electronic system do what it can before taking their time to check on account status. If we all cooperate and leave them alone for a while, it will benefit all of us in the end.

Yesterday, I talked to a very helpful Customer Service person at LatinPass and she was doing her best to get me approved for the bonus unlike my previous contact. My car rentals, partner flights, and most of my hotel stays have not posted so I blame the partners for not submitting on a timely basis. She again reiterated that original receipts were required so if you want all of the partner activity to post quickly, send in your originals and they will undoubtedly post faster this way. I'm waiting for this weekend's flights to SAL and GUA to be completed and I will be sending in all of my documentation together. Last week's certified mail to LatinPass was received O.K.

I've just booked my LAST flight for million miles. I sure hope this works! A LP rep on the phone said they'd accept replacement receipts on the airline tickets, obtained from the travel agent. After all this, I hate to think the whole thing might go bust over some detail on a receipt! I guess you've all got faith or you wouldn't have done this crazy thing. Right?

What exactly is a replacement receipt. My USair/Metrojet flights did not post and my company has the original passenger receipt. This was an e-ticket but the travel agent had provided the same type of receipt you usually get as the last page of a regular ticket. I called the travel agent to see if I could get another one, but the only offered photocopies of the agent receipt. I already have a photocopy of the orig. receipt, but this is not good enough for LP. Is there some way I should ask again for a "replacement" receipt?

Tomphot and Upgrade Me, did your Avianca ever post? Or other people who've waited a long time, did those posts ever come through?
Dhacker, we've called Travelocity and they say they will replace the receipt by printing a new one since the original is now on microfiche. I'm hoping this will be adequate,
since we didn't save ticket receipts. We were told the boarding pass was all that was needed. The LP guy I talked to on the phone said it would be OK. One flyer had a duplicate receipt rejected because it didn't have the company letterhead on it. Maybe it would work to have them print a new one off their computer and make sure it's got letterhead. Good luck!

All of my Avis, Hilton & Marriott have posted.
