Error When Submitting Ticket Refund Request
I'm trying to cancel a KL flight using the 24 hour grace period, and every time I put all the details in the refund form on KLM's website, and click submit, a message pops up at the bottom that says, "Please review your details before submitting your request."
No matter how many times I click Submit, nothing happens. All of the fields are filled out (including the remarks section), so I can't think of what would be holding it up. Getting through to KLM right now via phone is useless, and I haven't had a response via WhatsApp in 4+ hours now. I just want to make sure I don't miss the 24 hour window, but I can't figure out how to submit the refund request.
Any suggestions would be most welcome, and thank you in advance.

Ill try when the US line first opens tomorrow morning and see. Worst case, I might have to try to dispute it via Amex (which Id really like to avoid).

I had this last week.
No.1: Check that you actually bought directly from AF or KL.
No.2: Check *which* airline you bought directly from...check the e-ticket. If from AF (057) you must request from the AF website, if from KL (074) you must request from the KL website - preferably from the country version of the website corresponding to the country in which your eticket was issued.

I could be wrong, but it seems that all of the folks complaining in this thread (including me) are US residents. I wonder if this problem only affects people buying in US$ on the klm.us site.
I was finally able to cancel by letting my Pixel phone wait on hold for me for about 35 minutes. Great Pixel feature, I wish other Androids had it.

No luck. Waited on hold an hour and a half on the US number and gave up, and the NL number wouldnt even put me in the queue. Tried messaging via WhatsApp, and havent gotten an agent after nearly 36 hours.
Ill try when the US line first opens tomorrow morning and see. Worst case, I might have to try to dispute it via Amex (which Id really like to avoid).

I'm trying to get a refund and found this thread. Why would you like to avoid going to Amex? what's the downside?

Does anyone have the link to refund a voucher? On the website all I find are links that ask me for my reservation code, which no longer works as the flight was nearly a year ago. I just need to covert the 074 voucher back to my credit card/bank account. Previously I came across a "SAP-style" page where you could fill in all your details, but I don't recall how I made it there. Thanks!
