I was finally able to cancel by letting my Pixel phone wait on hold for me for about 35 minutes. Great Pixel feature, I wish other Androids had it.
I am trying to cancel/ request refund for a ticket bought on KLM's India site. Facing the same issue for the past couple of days. So, definitely not a US-only issue; KLM's refund system is broken right now.
