No matter how many times I click Submit, nothing happens. All of the fields are filled out (including the remarks section), so I can't think of what would be holding it up. Getting through to KLM right now via phone is useless, and I haven't had a response via WhatsApp in 4+ hours now. The same thing is happening to me now. Also waiting 3 hours via iMessage. Did this get resolved for you?
