Just got off the phone again.

The system is changing in 2025 to make MTM a book by and not fly by. However, the IT system change is already in place to allow book by in 2024. You should be able to do it online.

Even though I was able to MTM for a 2025 reservation online, I am still a little skeptical that it'll stick.

"Move to Mint certificate(s) required per person: 8" for a SEA-BOS flight. Is that even possible yet, or not till 2025? Regardless, it's an absurd number, but I guess technically better than no availability at all.

I just saw the same thing -- 7 or 8 certs for any SEA-BOS flights I looked at Well they were nice when I was able to use them earlier this year ...seems those days are over.

I've got 1 MTM, and I'm not going to requalify for mosaic. Is it useless? I can't find any flights to use just 1. Is it transferable?

Has anybody tried to break apart a reservation in order to apply MTM certs? I booked my family of 5 on a mint route but we are currently all seated in EMS seats. I have 4 mtm certs, and the upgrade cost right now is 2 per upgrade. Could I split my reservation without having to cancel and rebook? Split off 2 of us, use MTM to upgrade, and then have the other 3 stay as-is? I don't want to cancel and rebook all since the prices have increased alot since my initial booking.

I'm Mosaic 2. Just realized I can view Move to Mint certs required for a flight. I think this just popped up recently because a few weeks ago, I definitely did not see that.

Even outside of M3/M4? Like I said, I remember a few weeks ago trying to see it over different days (since I'm trying to get 50 tiles for AA match to M4), and it wouldn't show it for me. There were also references elsewhere that it was only available for M3/M4. Thx.
