Im supposed to have four Move to Mint certificates, but can't find them. They show expired, but I am supposed to have four for being Mosaic 4 in 2024. Where do you add them?

if you renewed as M4 for this year they should be deposited in your account and viewable right next to the expired ones.

M4 is 2 added certs for total of 6 certs.

Data point: on a 1-way JFK - LAX ticket for <$200 and it only cost me one certificate to MTM.

I ended up canceling the flight (by calling; the certificate was also redeposited) since my Delta RUC cleared, since it seems the mint certificates are easier to use than RUCs on this route.

The agent did have to 'manually' redeposit the certificate - it took maybe 15m - easy.

How much was mint selling for cash price?

What does B6 offer to Mint customers in cases where the Mint aircraft was replaced by non mint?

Refund of your cert but that’s about it for MTM.

this afternoons las-jfk flight was subbed with a non mint plane. Guy I sat next to said he and his wife were offered $500 each for the downgrade. And rhey were asking as many as 4 certs for the one way late last week. Something’s very wrong with the MTM pricing.

She said they are working on adding functionality to the website at some point in the future so Mosaics can see the number of certs required prior to booking (with no estimate of when this might become available).

I had to cancel and rebook my trip three times, but I was finally able to book a round-trip to CDG for 4 certs total (2 in each direction). As best I can tell, the number of certs seemed to correlate directly to the Mint price (requiring more certs as the Mint price in $ went up, and I saw TATL flights requiring 2, 3 and 4 certs).

I was previously able to book my wife DCA-BOS-CDG-BOS-DCA using all 4 of her M3 certs (2 in each direction). I just booked myself JFK-CDG-JFK using all 6 of my M4 certs (4 certs for JFK-CDG and 2 certs for CDG-JFK). The difference in cash price was about $1700 for JFK-CDG and $1100 for CDG-JFK. JetBlue doesn't fly between DCA-JFK anymore, so I will need to find some positioning flights (probably on Delta), but just glad I was able to book a round-trip using the certs that overlaps with her trip.

I think it’s all manual and random just like old MTM upgrade process. Feels like some guy just sets pricing based off what they think demand is regardless of price. I’m seeing some sub $600 mint fares asking for 3-4 certs when fares that are $1500 plus are same.

So far I see zero Mint seats taken on either flight. Flight is in July, so hoping price drops in the future.

One way costs: Blue fare $344. Mint fare $1315. It had appeared to be roughly 1 cert per $500 in fare difference, so thats what made me think it would be 2 certs per leg.

Checked this morning and one direction of my RT flight to Vegas dropped to be only 2 certs per passenger. The core price is still $344, but the Mint dropped to $1115 (one way).

I applied 4 certs and now have Mint one way for both flyers. Can't select seats though, does that not happen until checkin?

You certainly should be able to select seats. On my BOS-LAS round trip on the outbound mint was empty so we grabbed 4A and 4F (two of the throne chairs aka suites). On the return the only seat taken was one of the throne seats - 4A. I was unable to assign a throne seat to my wife first - once I picked 2A it refused to let me assign her to 2F and I had to put her in 4F. I have gone back in to try to move her from 4F to 2F and the system will not allow it. Very strange.

Yup, worked now. I guess it just took a few minutes to update in the system. Just snagged 4A and 4F.
