I think they might respond to social media faster. Tagging them on twitter might be the fastest way to get a response from them.

yes i had the overnight flight coming back, jetblue 1770 to jfk, immigration was about an hour wait in line at jfk at 530am...needless to say the immigration agents dont exactly move with energy...never had to show my green check mark (i am an essential worker in nyc and will get tested on day 4, and am exempt to quarantine), so after immigration, we grabbed our bags, never went through any type of customs, im assuming since its a flight from ecuador, that was not too full, they wanted their customs agents awaiting other flights,

I did a search for April 12th.

I see 1 direct flight from JFK-GYE and 2 connection options through FLL.

I just checked. I see you realized what had happened. I am waiting for the schedule extension so I can book for October.

DOT approved B6's request to move a daily flight from FLL-UIO to JFK-GYE. They should be adding a second JFK-GYE flight soon.

Is it me, or is b6 1769 delayed pretty much everyday. Is it slot position? Jfk traffic? Weather? Ash? I can’t seem to figure out why this route never pushes back on time :/

I think they filed a request with DOT to allow service to start on August 1st. Once that's approved, they can add the second flight.

The Sangay volcano in Ecuador has been producing ash for a few weeks now. This was the cause of yesterday's delay.

I’d be curious to see these new slot times once they come out. They can barely push back b6 1769 on time daily let alone add another daily flight. If I had to guess…probably it’s a red eye.
