In case anyone else is having problems getting the Fast Track quarantine page to load: I was just getting a perpetual spinning circle on Chrome (both MacOS laptop and Android phone) but was able to upload my vaccination card when I visited the website in Safari on my laptop.

Chrome worked for me (Android phone).

Just entered at HND yesterday. Arrived at 5:15pm, took 10 mins from the time I was off the plane to waiting for the monorail.
As noted elsewhere above you just show a screenshot of the blue vax screen and was ushered straight to immigration then customs like usual. No other forms or slips. |

Funny, last time I came in I tried to show a screenshot and the lady wanted me to scroll it, which I couldn't do with the screenshot, had to load up the actual webpage.

35067018]Yes - this has happened to us on every trip except for once - they want to see if you are physically connected so that they know it is live - not sure why it matters but they always insist. So the first thing I always do coming off the plane is connect to the airport wifi as sometimes my US based phone takes a while to enable data...

Went through the process of applying last night for a trip late March.
It was so simple, especially compared to the temporary procedures they had set up last September where you needed a tour company to provide a letter. Used a screenshot of my California digital vaccine record and it was approved in less than 30min. All in all took about 45min from when I started the application to receiving my QR codes. Just out of curiosity, I am set to fly from HKG-CTS-HND. Will I go through immigration/health QR check while transiting CTS? Do you we have to collect our bags and recheck them to Tokyo, or will they be checked through? |

For a data point, I submitted a trip for mid-May about 2 weeks ago, and it's been stuck in red/pending review since then. Today I submitted a new one for a weekend trip I'm taking next month and got a blue screen within 30 min. I decided to delete the May trip and resubmit, and it was approved/blue screen within 30 minutes as well. So if you have one stuck in red, just resubmit and it should be approved fairly quick.

I am having an issue that confuses me a bit.
The wife and I have only the 2 primary series covid shots, so we and the 10-year old will be getting the PCR tests. Our 5-year old is exempt, from what I understand. Our trip isn't for another week, but I was playing with the website, and I cannot figure out why it does not treat the youngest one differently. It seems to ask to submit a PCR test result. I actually submitted with "no vax" and "no test" for her, and it says "Review completed", and the colour scheme of the page for her is yellow. I would think a simple Boolean "if age < 6" would bypass any of that. Looks something like this: Vaccination certificate No items registered Review completed Test result certificate for test taken less than 72 hours before departure No items registered Review completed |
