i whine about this on MilePoint and have to do it again here!

CX booking experience is absolutely HORRIBLE! Their website is a complete nightmare!

experienced the JAL first lounge in Osaka Itami the other day. One of the worst lounges I'd been to. Cramped, cheap, no food. I prefered being in the terminal browsing shops than staying in this depressed lounge. AA lounge at NRT was 10000x better, and that's saying something since AA isn't really known much for their lounges!


I was surprised to say the least. Maybe other JAL lounges are better and I happened across a bad one
