The Lighthouse is their upscale restaurant. It is very nice, but pricier. Expect at least 100-150 USD per person (without drinks). Very tasty, small portions, with lots of attention to detail.
Depending on your criteria less value for money perhaps. But certainly worth one or more visits depending on the length of your stay.

For us it's more to 'thin down' a little on heavy dining but having a CL evening or two. And we have a week in Fujairah and Dubai before arriving at Maldives. The Dubai leg will be some slightly heavier dining so a few CL evenings are ok every now and again.
Just thinking on, do they do any buffet or brunch or themed evenings (BBQ etc) .... done well, these can be ok as well. Done poorly they are fairly soulless affairs.
I'm definitely warming to the Lighthouse.

You could always go to Café Umi, Fish Market or order room service and have just one course for a light dinner.
Yes, they have optional themed evenings. Some days they do tepanyaki in Café Umi, or a beach BBQ (with hot and cold buffet) . About 150USD/pp if I recall correctly. They are very careful to keep quality standards high. Was done very nicely.

I did see this a few weeks ago as well. The rates were actually pretty competitive compared to the standard rate, if you’re staying 4+ Nights.
I found it .... well I stumbled across it. It's the resorts 'Full Board' package ..... here we go....Full Board Indulgence

Could I just ask though, the Fish Market menu comes up as Umi. Do you have that as well please?
Also do they do any brunch or special evening menus? Often get BBQ or seafood beach serves which can be good if done right.
Thanks

There was a “Dining by Design” menu but it looked very similar to the Cafe Umi dining by design menu so I didn’t post it earlier.

Got a couple of weeks away before arrive in Maldives so will be avoiding sea food until then to get the best out of that.
Thanks again

Anyone who has been here and Conrad and/or Park Hyatt who has more comments on how it compares overall? Thanks!
