ALL THE URLS AND LINKS IN YOUR EMAILS ARE THE SAME. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO "REPLAY" A GIVEN EMAIL.

Plays are linked to your IHG account number and your IHG link you receive in the email. The links contained are unique to each IHG account number and cannot be "shared".

If you didn't receive all your plays and think that HW might have gotten your email address incorrect, then simply click the link again in your email.

Their email is [email protected].

Quantity of emails received does not always equal quantity of plays available. Emails received does imply that you have plays available.

If you click on your email links and receive a screen with the below message then you do not have plays available.

Definitely write to them. I second Happy's post up above for everyone in this thread that has or has not been reading the last couple of weeks. Some of u have been successful in getting out plays by writing to them.

A quick and dirty solution but serves the purpose and every customer is happy.
I think this might be the case. I emailed them last week, and over the weekend, got all my remaining emails - up to 94. But, last Saturday I got one of my letters returned to me because I forgot to put postage on it. So HW took me at my word and gave me 94 plays when they really just got 93.

Same here. Sent 94 entries in Jan 2nd week and have only got 29 entries. Sent 94 entries for wife a week after and she got 89 emails. Will write to the email mention in the forum. I hope it works.

Same thing happened to me on b/f account. I told them I sent 93 and they jsut gave me 94. Which kind put me awkward cuz I had sent the last remaining one before I got that email from them.

I actually did this before receiving my remaining entries; I'm not 100% this was the reason, though it certainly can't hurt.

I sent them a message a couple weeks ago asking about my entries, and got the generic 'due to overwhelming response, were taking longer than expected' email. I then sent them one this past Friday, not disrespectful, but more direct, without mentioning right away it was for the IHG promo in case they just autosend that generic message the second they see priceless surprises in the title. I got a response in only a half hour asking for a bit more information, then a human response that they will look into it starting next week. Two days later, all my entries came through.

But if my entries were sitting on a bottom of an unholy pile of mail, I can't think of one method they could just find my entries before looking through thousands of other ones to process right away. I'd be surprised, but they may have just given them to me, since they did ask how many I received so far. I'll never know. Apparently this contest really was full of priceless surprises.

Regardless if this was or wasn't the reason, their response was quick and I believe they put the effort forth to help and are definitely putting in OT for this, so I appreciate that, and I think they'll catch up with all the early entries very soon.

i wouldn't worry, if for example you had ten stays, and sent in 94 entries, you're up for total 104 chances.

they aren't going to care if they receive one more written entry.

I mailed in 94 entries for DW on 1/26. I have received most of mine but zero of hers. Since I don't have a link for her I cannot get to the FAQ page so how do I go about contacting HW to get them to look into this?

I did register her for the promotion before I mailed anything.

Size of Paper?

Can anyone confirm how strict the 3" x 5" paper size requirement is?

If I wrote all the info out on notebook paper, or half-sized printer paper, will all my entries be void?

Was going to email HelloWorld last night about Mrs. MileKing's account (sent 94 entries in early January but had only received 26 emails) and decided to recheck her existing emails. Sure enough, by clicking thru an old email, she was able to get 65 more plays! Won 5000 pts, 2000 pts, and the rest 500 pts. So she has now received 91 of her 94 plays. I'm still missing 17 emails/plays and had no luck clicking thru an old email. Email has been sent to HelloWorld about those.

Yes.

I would not intentionally violate the rules and hope I would not be caught, if I want to earn something. Plain and Simple.

Index cards are at $0.50 per 100 at Dollar General, slightly more in WalMart or other similar place. If you dont even want to make an effort to get the right instrument to submit your entry, then you might as well forget the whole thing.

When one sent out entries in batches, especially for multiple accounts, one can easily miscount and mess up a bit.

I would repeat, we are all glad that you are not the one who is overseeing this promo.

It has reported since the first batch of plays sent out in December that some folks can click existing emails and got additional plays. It does not work for everyone. It has never worked in both our accounts, even when I had 2 fresh emails remaining, when I got to the 2, each one I got the "enthusiasm" message - meaning out of play, but I clicked thru FRESH emails.

Nonetheless, HW/IHG awarded 500 each to the above 2 "enthusiasm" emails nonetheless.

Same here.

I never checked the tracker during the whole time. Now we had all our 94 entries played, the tracker does not show any unplayed entries at all.

My guess is because the accounts have already used up all the plays allowed.
