I can confirm that two hotels in the same city (Paris for me) counted for me as well, so I completed this offer by one BOGO stay at IC Le Grand and a second paid stay at CP Republique. I also have a stay in Amsterdam next week, so even if they fix this error, I will complete this anyways, since Amsterdam was part of the list as well.

It did not work for me when I stayed in 2 different London hotels - it did work as advertised in 2 different cities though!

Maybe it is a "problem" related to Paris then. Because the original poster that I responded to (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/inter...l#post22550502) saw this after two stays in Paris as well.

Another thing I have noticed is that they seem to be processing Big Win several times a week now and not just on Mondays as it was before.

As predicted the 20k bonus for taking out and paying for a stay with the IHG Black VISA hasn't posted. It's recognised the stay on my Big Win tracker (one of six stays challenge and one of two locations challenge), but zero recognition of using the VISA. Have emailed IHGCare - will see what they say but suspect this will be a bit of a long drawn-out battle!

I have another quick update...

I stayed at HI this past weekend... March 22 (Sat - Sun)
This is for my...
- Win in a Weekend (nothing yet)
- Change your view (nothing yet)
- Start the day off right (Posted on the Big Win page, but not in my account yet) EDIT: Just got posted to my account now.
- *Book with IHG (for sure nothing yet, still haven't gotten a credit for my previous stays)

To those of you who have contacted IHG regarding the points not posting from "Book with IHG"... how did you make contact? Was it through the main IHG website form for "missing points"? A special phone number or email?

Many managed to get BW13 points posted retroactively long after, and I wondered if anyone has managed this for BW14 yet, or if everyone has just gotten then wait x weeks response.

If anything resolved, what issues (not single stay not posting but BW system problems like survey, BF etc) have you managed to resolve?

This one stay completes exactly my 4challenge tasks, so I wait for Monday for BigWin to update, 30/30 nights - 8/8 Saturdays - 3/3 Cities - 5/5 Brands, thus show completed and hopefully give me 98K tasks points and 97K WinBig bonus for 195K from that one 3night stay.
