But do your HSBC cards earn you anything (while having no transaction fees)?

Ie, I'm curious, why keep the HSBC card instead of keeping the Priority Club card, if you have an interest in Priority Club points?
Yeah I can earn points, apr is 6% and its free.

Me? I'm waiting to 2011 to apply!

My CTC latch is also 60K - Maybe there is a way to get 80K (Greedy aren't I?)

If you have the 60K offer, I were you I would hold out given there is now an 80K offer.

Let us know what Chase replies to your request.
I'm in the exact same situation - was waiting until 2011 to apply (also my final CTC latch). But I sure would like that 80K offer instead of the 60K. I'm greedy too! So do please let us know how Chase responds.

Still on. Applied late December and approved immediately. I am still waiting for the card to arrive.

Has anyone seen their 80,000 point bonus yet? If so, how long did it take to post?

I did wait until Jan 1 to activate and make first purchase, so hopefully it should requalify me for Platinum for 2012. (Plus get me the multiple 5000 Platinum bonus points)

My first statement closed yesterday and my spend points posted to my PC account, but no bonus points. But when I look on my Chase statement, it says that the 80000 bonus points have been awarded. My guess is that they will probably post in a day or so. So, you may want to look at your Chase statement, too.

If the card gets approved and issued with this offer, does it count towards the "Crack the Case" promotion?

Thanks.

Hosserunda, I can't imagine why not! I was targeted for the 60K in Sep. + 60K in Crack the Case points. I decided to grab the Hyatt card back then & wait till 2011 for the PC card so I would renew Pt status for 2012 instantly. When all is said & done, I shall have 267K PC points + 3 Sweet Dilemma nights = no need to money--pay for a PC room for quite some time !

Ok, thanks. Does someone know what the required score is for the card? I can't find it on financeglobe.com.

Thanks.
