If this thing happens I have to rethink about my JP status, few days ago i decided to ditch 9w and go ahead with AI all because of AI SBI card and 9w rewards redemptions :-)

If I land at 1730 on Indigo and need to get to T3 for a AI domestic flight at 1930 with only hand baggage. Is this feasible?

How long from Terminal door to Terminal door in a private car. There are back roads that link the airport right?

I had an issue with a flight last week. Delayed 13 hours, missed connection lost hotel booking, had to make an additional hotel booking, etc. luckily I had travel insurance. Does anyone have experience in dealing with them and how was the claim experience?
