All I get from hyatt.com is:

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Same from work or home, so I'm assuming it's Hyatt's problem, not mine. Maybe word of BWB is spreading too fast?

Everybody must be pre-booking their award nights to make sure they can use them before 8/31!

Jboss?

Here is what comes up instead of the Hyatt homepage, checked on two separate computers, my own Mac laptop and the Admirals Club PC desktop and three browsers (Firefox, Safari and IE)

http://216.205.86.51

The page is all links to Jboss related programming resources.

I also get the Jboss screen.

Perhaps their website was hacked? hopefully the hackers dump a bunch of points into my account.

JBoss is software they use. Something you should never have to know.

It seems to be back up. Been trying to make a reservation for tomorrow for the past few hours.

Anyone having problems entering dates? I get 25 different options from the drop down menu for months (each month is there two or three times) and I constantly get an error message saying that I have entered a check-out date before my check-in date.

Same here!

They kept saying I'm booking for a stay longer than 1 month but I'm just booking a 1-night stay.

Still the same today. It is saying that April 1 2010 has passed, while I am 99.99999% sure it hasn't.

Not having this problem myself. I went to goldpassport.com and used the reservation system there. What is your path? Have you tried purging hyatt cookies?

Been having problems logging in for an hour, using IE. Says "error on page" after I enter my password. I can go to other parts of the website without logging in.

I don't want to delete all my cookies to solve the problem.

Hyatt, please pay attention.
