Hyatt, please pay attention.
Works fine for me -- have logged in several times with FF. If you don't want to delete your IE cookies, maybe try a different (I'd say, better) browser if you can.

Online Folio?

Is anyone able to get the online (pdf) folio via the account details page? I just tried for the last three stays at various Hyatts, and always get

Code:
Your Folio is not currently available.

Please try again later. For more information please call 1-800-544-9288.
I don't recall if this ever worked for me in the past (too new to Hyatt).

I can't view mine either. CS said they were having issues last week but not sure if it has been resolved. CS suggests getting a copy from the hotel directly.

Same for me -- am unable to log into goldpassport or hyatt.com. Mostly get "an unexpected error has occurred...please try again later" error message.

Phoned customer service but they were not able to fix the problem. Said they will look into it and I should try again in an hour.

Goldpassport.com down today 3/31

Have tried to log in several times today. Browser either timed out "loading" or Hyatt site responded with "Unexpected error" message. Still no success as of the time of this post.

It has been very challenging to book hotels today. If Hyatt introduced something like spg.com's 500 point bonus when the site is down for making reservations over the phone, it would be a little easier to swallow.

Same here. When I select as checkout date for a new reservation it comes back with an error indicating that the checkout must be after the checkin. I selected the dates correctly but then its switching the checkout by itself to an invalid date after pressing 'check availability.

Some of the pull downs also list the same month and year more than once. Quite odd.

Now I'm finding that if I enter April 3rd as checkin and May4th as checkout it comes back with a reservation for April3 to April 4th. So maybe the calendar is off by a month somehow ... really quite strange.

Drop down months are screwed up today

I was trying to look for rates, and every search popped up with an error if you use the drop down months. You have to use the calendar to pick your dates instead. Strange.
