I think the Churchill standard suites are adequate, except for the wardrobe often being in the bathroom, which seems hard to justify. Their Exec Suites meanwhile are pretty stunning.
Haven’t been upgraded to a suite for a month (only had been the case once for just a few days until now). Still to a high floor garden view room though so difficult to complain… Hope things will normalise from September but not necessarily the feedback I got here or from Guest Relations Manager as business conferences will be back…).

Churchill, Andaz and GSY full 8-15 October…is there any major event in London (definitely not Wimbledon or Fashion week)?

Is breakfast for Globalists still in the restaurant vs. the club?

Do they no longer bring out freshly cooked eggs upon request? They did in sept 2022.

Interesting as when I spoke with management prior to the pandemic they said they had stopped as guests were complaining
that they took to long and their guest scores were dropping as a result

Yes. I mean no. I mean, ugh. How about this: they don’t take orders in the lounge.

First time a hotel has ever asked me at check-in to write my next destination on the registration form? Very interesting.

Maybe they'll put in a good word for you?

That's what I'm hoping - it was interesting, though, as it was an already-existing box on the registration form details - perhaps, they only choose to ask to some guests (assuming some would take offense or find it an "invasion of privacy").

Strange I’ve checked in 30+ times last year (and 3 this one) and they’ve never asked me?

Interesting indeed, as the staff can see your upcoming Hyatt stays.
