not really. I did see the P+C for the suite in the app, but not the full points for the suite

Booked two nights for my parents. They tried to reach out for help with restaurant reservations but said that they could only help with reservations once they arrive.

Correction: my dad miscommunicated this to me.

possible. and this might be the reason for the bug price. but this is the first time I see these types of booking categories

first is the C+P, second is standard rate w/ points upgrade

no points requitement shown here. but they will show up after you make the reservation

Looks like availability for points is there for Sakura 2020 (3/29-4/2 was the date I checked). Grab ‘me if you want them

Is their concierge email [email protected]? I just tried emailing them for restaurant bookings and no replies after 24 hours. Just a bit in a rush cuz the restaurant i'm trying to book is very full already. The Hyatt regency concierge replied within 1-2 hours last time I stayed with them.

Seems all paid rates include breakfast. Not sure for points bookings.

Just click on see details for the rate plan and you will see that breakfasts are inclusive.

I guess each day less than 5 rooms will not get breakfast given they have only 61 rooms...

I would be very surprised if breakfast is included on paid rates but not award nights.

The description of breakfast included also does not appear in the rate rules for the member AP rate (but is included in the rules for the member rate and the standard AP rate) or in the double points rate. It is likely just sloppy work on their website, which has also been evident in room descriptions and restaurant operating hours.

I guess we'll find our for sure soon enough, since I imagine there will be early reports from people staying on points.

They would never give free breakfast to all in a property like this. Probably an English error?
