I'm fine with the original Vintage rooms.
They have Pavillion rooms (which I don't like because I have to walk outside, and people walk right outside your window) and Tower rooms (nice). The Cabana Suites across the street are awesome.

I think it was good, not perfect though (not compared to the buffet in PH). Considering it's complementary, I have no complaints at all.
Was the buffet good? Cost $48, and worth $48, are two completely different things. http://www.ratelasvegas.com/buffets/buffetrank.html puts it about in the middle of the pack for buffets. I've never heard much buzz about it. If I was going to be spending ~$25 for dinner, I'd have at least a handful of places I'd go to first.

I am assuming this would be allowed; I book a Saturday night in my name, then the Sunday night in my girlfriend's name .... we would get 4 buffet coupons, 4 cocktails and 4 tickets to Studio54/Tabu
The only downfall is that we would have to check out / check in (and probably end up in different rooms).
Are the buffet coupons available for any meal session? (or just for breakfast only?)

The buffet is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's all at your choice.
They don't actually give you the coupon. You just go and eat and charge the meal to your room. When you check out, these bills will all disappear.
