I've made a couple speculative bookings and regardless of the brand, they all show up on my credit card as RWLV Front Desk.

The charges aren't coded as a hotel, which is not a good sign for earning bonus points on Hilton credit cards, nor do they trigger AmEx offers. Moreover, right now they want full prepayment for all bookings, even those without a cancellation penalty.

I suppose this may change after the hotel opens.

Question...DId you book this through the Hilton website or did you book this through the Resorts World site?

Sneak peak of some Hilton and Conrad rooms. I have a reservation at Crockfords in September - looking forward to see some more pictures once the resort opens.

Thanks for that, pzpa. We also have a reservation at Crockfords in August. I bet they are going to be inundated with 95K FNC redemptions (like me).

Thanks for sharing. The rooms look nice but in a very bland could be any new hotel anywhere kind of way.

I'm staying at the Conrad in early July. Crockfords was 2x the price; couldn't justify it.

Anybody going opening day?

Last month, when I checked out the Virgin Curio, I had a great time at the Neon Museum, really cool to do the sunset double-tour. I was thinking about popping down again and showing a family member it, might time it to coincide with the opening.

Property opens tonight with first reservations bookable starting tomorrow. Thinking of going next week but curious what (if there are any) breakfast benefits are for Diamonds.

My guess is that this will be a property that will nickel and dime everyone.

Probably. Resorts in cities like Vegas don’t need to treat their frequent guests well because they’ll have no problem attracting anyone. Think hawaii.

Just got the email about a bonus 7500 HH points for stays between 6/24 -9/3 (book by July 31), and was looking into paying 3 nights at Conrad 9/1-9/4, though I might have to shift by one day to get that bonus. It should still stack with the triple points for a 3+night stay, though I've been reading (minimal amounts) about the Impresario program, where it might be worth it to risk those 7500 points for the $200 credit if those specifically don't combine. Can that $200 credit be used for room rate? I'm going to pay with the Amex Aspire, where the $250 resort credit can be used for the room rate. An ideal situation looks like a 3 night stay can score triple base points plus 7500 from HH, double points from the Impresario rate, and possibly $450 of room rate credit.

Aspire $100 credit

Do we know if this Conrad gonna be added to the Hilton aspire card $100 credit list? Looking for a stay at Conrad for late October for 2 nights. Wondering if I will be able to take advantage of the $100 credit for booking at least 2 paid night and using the $250 Hilton credit. So far I only see Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas in the Nevada.

I'm booked at Crockford's and it's on the resort list (or was, haven't checked lately, but c'mon, it's called RESORTS WORLD, lol.)

There seems to be much less hoopla around this opening than there was around Virgin Curio. Hmmmm.

My Crockfords reservation says 'Free Continental Breakfast' under benefits - we'll find out soon.

Had a reservation for Crockfords for one night and just checked in. Crockfords is not ready and was moved to Conrad. They said it won’t be ready til July 3. FDA or anyone else made no mention that Crockfords was not ready and that everyone had been moved to Conrad.

Whoa. That would throw me if I made the stay just to check out the new property. I've never stayed at an LXR yet, so being downgraded to the Conrad or Hilton would need some 'splainin!

Did they discount or otherwise how did they offer to make it right?

I was thinking about going down there just to check out the food court thing, looked cool. I'm usually game to try things on opening day buzz, but I guess I should give it a few weeks.
