After last week's stay, I think the Conrad Seoul is a better hotel than the Conrad Hong Kong. It's an incredible building with amazing employees and great rooms too, plus the breakfast spread is better and the lounge is bigger. The fact that the hotel is newer helps a lot. I had a corner executive suite at each property and the room in Seoul was bigger with a larger bathroom and living room.
That said, the Conrad HK's location is better than the Conrad Seoul.

Conrad Macao as hotel only 3years old, book the Deluxe Suite and receive 160m Premier Suite corner suite (mid floor version is bit smaller, different layout).
Immaculate unworn unsoiled soft furnishings throughout the suites rooms
Nice club lounge, lounge not sold with rooms (even suites), not even available as upsell, baaed on conversation with managers, lounge is reserved foor, and free to just HH Elite guests.

Only stayed in 3 Conrads so far.
Macau was probably the best especially if you are a Diamond member.
Also stayed at Bangkok, excellent exec lounge but rooms were in need of refurbishment.
Dubai is hit and miss. Was really good when it initially opened but has gone downhill.

There may be better Conrads (Maldives, etc.), but you are paying a fortune for it, whether as points or cash. Diamond status at Macau is amazing, and you can easily be paying a mere 30K points per night for a massive suite (24K if you stay five nights).
I'm tempted to squeeze in one last trip before my Diamond status disappears...

o whilst not the best in either room or lounge category, as a complete experience I go for the Conrad Bangkok, no doubt a rosy view helped by great personal treatment due to being multivisit and multinight guest this last 15months.
o different guests have different priorities eg Room v Lounge, upgrades v all-else, own-pocket v business-paid stay, work v holiday stay, etc etc.
Then the ancillary things come into play such as gym, spa, pool, then you have non-objective things like staff etc which can vary even day3dat on same stay for same guest
o Should you make allowances regards treatment received if pon poinrs v paid stays, as we all know hotels receive a relative pittance from HH on our award/points nights
o It would maybe rather unfair to rate hotel on view/ambient-temp-sunshine,
how do you compare beach/island Conrad with a City-Center Conrad?
o company funded or paying out of own pocket is a difference, I meet quite a few business travellers. If on expense and no receipts needed for perdiem payments those guests mostly want the lounge offering that means no need to use perdiem
o Hotels also change offerings from time to time, whether that is the elite upgrades, lounge offerings etc varies.
o So as an example
if you like champagne, then 1Q2016 Conrad Singapore would be rated highly, but after that, no more LP champagne so value-perception goes down.
o Conrad SGP ... tired top suites and I can say Pres Suite was tired and worn out, and I would prefer the referbed non-pres suites here over sheer suite size
o If you want a massive pristine suite, then yes Conrad Macao 150m Premium Suites are great, whilst Macao lounge is not busy, lounge is so-so offerings wise imo
o Conrad HKG has great harbour views if accept high Exec room over a very limited HV city-view-suite. I found lounge food varried between good, not-so-good on different visits
o Conrad Bangkok is great for me regards suites as I have been a high repeat regular since nov2016. Without that repeating-guest card up my sleeve my room upgrades (split 50/50 as upgrades and/or suites booked on sales/nor1) my view would be less... I am sure I get foc suite upgrades sometimes as I also pay for same 50% of the time here AND I like both the fizz wine here and food 3-5pm/6pm-8pm offerings
nb
In fact with reduction of Intercontinental BKK lounge food offerings sinceMar2016, I prefer Conrad v IC in Bangkok just on lounge, and I love the Conrad BKK Terrace Suites if staying on a weekend
o Conrad London .. Kind of neutral, unlikely to get a great foc upgrade, lounge whilst nice is so-so offering and restaurant b/f is penny pinched unlike all other HH London hotel brekkie offerings

We enjoyed/stayed so far at the gorgeous Conrad Algarve and the newly renovated Conrad Dublin. Both come highly recommended.
Equally we can't wait to explore/stay in more Conrad hotels around the world in our future.
Cheers & Safe Travels. ^
