The main breakfast issue here (and Conrad Chicago) is that since mid to late mornings on the weekend has much more demand than supply so there can be a wait. After many stays I know know if I want a nice quiet breakfast with no wait on Saturday, I need to get my butt out of bed and downstairs as soon as I wake up and not lollygag around in bed. There is a coffee station next to the restaurant where you can exchange your voucher for a to go package.
Parents made the mistake of heading out at around 9am on Saturday morning. Ended up getting bagels from the deli around the corner. They really need to have expanded seating on weekends.

Me too. I had business there earlier this year and although it was out past the airport I stayed in town at the Conrad to see what it all about. Really nice hotel in a good location, with multiple dining rooms and an adequate gym and indoor pool. No EL of course but I got some form of a room upgrade and I enjoyed the 2 night stay.
