Upgraded from Twin Guest Room to a Presidential Penthouse Loft Suite (over 1,300 sq ft). Two floors. Stayed Sept. 19 through Sept. 23, 2018. The general manager stated that they rarely meet a lifetime diamond member.

Conrad Manila - SEA sale rate (~$130) for 5 nights. Upgraded to a premium suite with ocean view. Very nice but sound proofing not so good.
I booked their car service from the airport and was very happy. Taken straight to my room where they checked me in without needing to stop at any desk.

Booked King Deluxe (i.e. standard room) on a China NH (October holiday) sale rate. Upgraded to a King Deluxe suite, top floor, sweeping views, free bottle of wine. Suite is 120sqm or 1250 sq ft.
