Congratulations. It certainly is a great hotel. Try to get yourself "clocked" with the Executive Lounge staff, they have very good memories and it may assist on your next visit. The only downside I find with the hotel is avoiding peak period at breakfast at the Garden Café. They seem to seat families on the left side so the right side is often better but going rather early is the sometimes the answer. Or even take breakfast outdoors, which is intended for the smokers, the locals would be in (expensive) snowgear but at 17c I suspect you'll cope. The glass door is by the right side. The lounge breakfast is OK but only half the choice (if that) of downstairs.

Currently staying here. First stay and first diamond stay at the HK Conrad. Booked the Peak View King room at 1980HKD per night (Sale) for 2 nights. At check-in, was upgraded to Executive Harbour King Suite (8500HKD per night). Pleasantly surprised!

First time visiting and currently gold. Just checked in at 9am. Room not ready but they said give it a couple hours and escorted us to executive lounge for breakfast. Room was ready 30 minutes later. Very pleasant given the fact that we don't stay much at Hilton hotels anymore for business.

Used redemption and upgraded to Executive Harbour View Suite. Very similar to pictures above. Superb welcome, superb staff. Chocolates, fruit, bears, wine in room on arrival and jasmine tea delivered. Bottle of champagne delivered for our anniversary. I like the choice of toiletries. Exec lounge great, Ken doing a great job, and Tammy checked us in/ looked after us- great people.
It is a great hotel, a fascinating city and a must see for all! We love the hotel and just find we are not there for long enough!

Any experience at this hotel with elite benefits onnthird party bookings?
I am considering booking with my Chase UR. I am not expecting any points, but I want the Diamond benefits including breakfast, lounge and possible upgrade.

Personally, I would email the hotel and ask, if you don't get the benefits you will be losing out on a lot. Hilton t and c's (here in lots of places on Flyertalk) don't have to give the benefits (as I am sure you know)- I would ask to be safe.

I tried to create a reservation starting 12/29/18 and nothing is available starting 12/29/18 or any later date thru the end of the calendar (currently 1/19/19) at any rate. Starting any date 12/28/18 or earlier, no problem for any duration. Any idea what's going on? Any email contact who might be able to help?

A year in advance? One of three things:
1) Every single room is booked out at this point for Dec 29, 2018 (UNLIKELY)
2) They are holding the rooms in anticipation of a big booking (ALSO UNLIKELY)
3) Like almost every other booking system they only accept reservations 300 or 331 days in advance (BINGO!)

Hilton hotels are usually bookable 13 months out. It just seems like Conrad Hong Kong has blocked the end of year and beyond for now. Keep monitoring and they’ll eventually open reservations.
