I was also unable to leave a voicemail. However I spoke with someone at the front desk who told me if you email Rennee at [email protected] she will get you taken care of.

Text campaign

Just tried to send her an email and it bounced back so either the email is wrong or her email is full (unlikely)

She's done! This hit Slickdeals and I'll bet it'll soon be on Fatwallet.

Oh, wow. Maybe she'll come over here and report on the onslaught. I'm very curious.

She could easily get 50,000 emails. If you want your points, grab some screenshots while you can.

I wonder if they have to pay to spam us all with texts? If so, it's going to get mighty expensive pretty soon for them. If this is all really a promo for this one location, they'll have to cut and run soon.

There isn't even an expiration date in the FB post.

This is crazy - how they will sustain the volume of inbound traffic & process the requests is beyond me; it'll take months, esp. if this things goes viral (well, I think it probably already has!)

According to the enrollment text message, if you text HAMPTON STOP to 40491 you'll opt out of the text program.

Deal is DEAD

Got this email reply this morning after her voicemail was full:

Thank you for your e-mail. If this is in regards to the Loyalty Program Promotion of 10,000 points, unfortunatly the promotion has reached its maximum membership. Therefore, the promotion/points are no longer available.

Thank you for your loyalty to the Hampton brand.
