Still, I know only of one other intra-Schengen flight, where there is passport controll involved, the Latam MAD-FRA flight. Any other?

BTW I went online to learn about this new E terminal/gate-area of CPH, only to discover it is neither in the cph app nor in the downloadable terminal maps!

Do all passenger for all flights from Helsinki non-Schengen area get checked for proper travel documentation at the gate? (notably to the UK or Ireland) If the gate staff assumes that the documents were already checked by passport control, and thus only match the identification to the ticket, then there is a problem.

The check-in agent had never been there, either. It was her first time that day, working as a gate agent for the 3U flight. It must be brand new.

Tough competition onboard 787 for AY two dailies onboard 32X or ERJ... Especially in business class.

There should even be ample time for a meal service, in J and Y as opposed to the 3U HEL-CPH legs.

Not sure if a thrice weekly flight is that big competition to Finnair's currently monopolistic route...
