For a third party lounge the Menzies Aurora lounge is not bad, but...
...I wouldn't say that they have decent food.

I don't know but usually the reporters are novice C flyers and totally awestruck describing everything luxurious etc. This time it was much more realistic e.g. what he wrote about the food, seat etc. The photo of AY LH C-class meal says a lot...

Let's share it for Finnish readers:

I like it how this reporter writes about AY's BKK C:
Most of the passengers, instead of the wearing a suit, were waist bag travellers like me.

IIRC, Aurora lounge has some OK food starting around noon and being taken away during the afternoon. I'm afraid 4pm is usually too late, but not 100% sure. The offering is quite stable, i.e., lasagne / chicken wings, meatballs, falafel, salmon. Definitely the best possible contract lounge at ARN.

The ARN lounge is pretty good even if it might be a little crowded in the afternoon (but not like HEL; you will definitely find a seat).
Some warm items, like lasagne, meatballs etc. Salad bar = cold salad items from which you can make your own mix. Cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg halves etc.
Roast beef, cheese, ham, excellent Swedish knäckebröd and butter. Nothing fancy, but everything is edible and there's enough variety.
Their apple juice is especially tasty, try it!
Sweet items are restricted to cookies, mostly.
The ARN lounge is one of my favourites in Europe. I would not spend money on lunch/dinner before heading to the airport.

Interesting to follow Flightradar now. Seems the Helsinki area is closed for air traffic. Lot of longhauls taking a more northern route around Helsinki, diversions to Tampere, a SK flight is circling around Turku...
