Current and historical promotions
This is a thread for reporting details of promotions in the Finnair+ program.
The purpose of the wiki is to keep a repository of current and historical promotions. This works best if all details are given in a post of the thread. Once such a post is made, edit the wiki and add a short description of promo in headline-style, with a link to the post that holds the detailed information. (You can create such a link by right-clicking the post-number and copy link location).
Do not link to the promo itself from the Wiki, as the promo page is likely to disappear once the promo ended and such link will die, leaving the wiki sans historical info.
Feel free to discuss alterations to the format in the thread below.

IIRC the promo said only NEW bookings after signup are valid for the promo. Did you have a booking from earlier, or was this a new booking?

So this campaign was targeted to FIN and wasn't announced on other sites. By accident I suddenly stumbled upon this

Sad to report that the fare class exemptions for the Finnish 2x promo seem to work. Z-class flown on 31/Aug posted normal points only.

I registered during the right period and did the purchase on AUG 31, but no promotional points have posted.
The flight was AY69, departing at 23:45 on AUG31, and purchase was finalised in the morning. Maybe they just fooled me again.
The normal points have posted so they surely got my AY+ number right.

I registered during the right period and did the purchase on AUG 31, but no promotional points have posted.
The flight was AY69, departing at 23:45 on AUG31, and purchase was finalised in the morning. Maybe they just fooled me again.
The normal points have posted so they surely got my AY+ number right.

The trip was in the beginning of August but do not really know when the points were actually posted.

When they run a 20(?)% onboard discount promo, I was in a bit simialr situation - flight left a few minutes before midnight local time of the last day of the promo, but I told the purser that it's still "previous day" in FIN, so the promo should be valid and he concurred.
In your case though, if the slip reads 1/Sep, you may have an uphill struggle.

When they run a 20(?)% onboard discount promo, I was in a bit simialr situation - flight left a few minutes before midnight local time of the last day of the promo, but I told the purser that it's still "previous day" in FIN, so the promo should be valid and he concurred.
In your case though, if the slip reads 1/Sep, you may have an uphill struggle.

This is because they chose to deliver goods at end of flight and apparently payment machine runs in EET.
I have complained to plat line so we'll see what comes out of it. If they chose to say this is purchased in SEP then why didn't they give me the 20% offer instead? As one offer ran 1-31 AUG and another one ran 1-30 SEP, my order should satisfied conditions for one of them. T&C clearly states flight date is what matters.

Good point - gimme 2k or 20% off. 
but good 5 seat Plat super seat block on both EUR flights
