In your case though, if the slip reads 1/Sep, you may have an uphill struggle.
The pay slip reads 2 dates:
AY69 31 AUG
Card payment 01 SEP
This is because they chose to deliver goods at end of flight and apparently payment machine runs in EET.
I have complained to plat line so we'll see what comes out of it. If they chose to say this is purchased in SEP then why didn't they give me the 20% offer instead? As one offer ran 1-31 AUG and another one ran 1-30 SEP, my order should satisfied conditions for one of them. T&C clearly states flight date is what matters.
