Yes, there might be some light theming. I think you would in fact get starnge looks with a childs meal.

I figure I'll get my share of braised beef when I go on my noodle run in Taipei.

Yeah, I figure I'll get some looks, but I'm just not sure if I'll be hungry enough to have a full meal (~10 hrs from YYZ-CDG, before CDG-TPE).

I am intrigued by the mystery meal, so for now, that's my new #1.

I'll save the children's meal for a shorter flight - TPE-HKG, for example. ^

Just got off plane and had the lobster. It was one of the worst dish on RL... may be the flights leaving from USA have better food than Toronto.

I had fish 6 months ago from on the same plane and it was better than this time's lobster. 2 years ago I was on BR from Paris to Taiwan in RL and the beef was better too. I love BR instant noodle and bread!!! Lobster was really BAD this time.
