i was able to purchase an economy ticket and successfully upgrade it to business using miles. when I go to view Itinerary, I see status Confimed; Class Business. But when I go to view the eTicket receipt, it still shows economy. Is this expected?

Which lounge will we have access to in AMS?

I've found contradictory posts on the Etihad FT forum about this question so hopefully you can provide an answer.
I have an AA award ticket-booked itinerary on Etihad metal in First Class from MLE - AUH - JFK (and then - SFO on AA metal on the same redemption). I have an 11:40hr layover in AUH from 11:00pm to 10:40am. Will Etihad provide a hotel for the overnight layover if I call in and request one? Thank you for the help.
