Notably, the new F cabin is fully enclosed from floor to ceiling, has a reduction from 8 seats to 6 total, had virtual windows for the center cabins and features video-based room service ordering.

DFW gets it quite often, but it is not guaranteed. Had DFW-DXB booked for 8/29 and was looking at the data quite deeply. Unfortunately, I have had to reschedule, but am pretty hopeful that one of EQH/EQL/EQP/EQM registrations could fly the inbound EK221 on 8/29.
DXB-MLE-DXB (EK658/659) is also another route which is not published, but gets the new F planes very frequently.

On a side note: Is it just me or does the wear & tear in the new F feel pretty high, given the short time it is in sevice?
From the last 3 flights (usually from Haneda) I noticed the following:
- Leather of the armrests looks pretty used and is loosing the creamy white color
- Glass missing in the door on the bar right to the screen, so drinking glass (luckily didn't break), popcorn and cans falling out during takoff, on the bar to the right, the glass on the top shelf was bent and looked like it was gonna fall off soon
- The gold molding on the table under screen loosing its golden color on some parts and was loose on one one place
- The "wallpaper" (I dont know how else to call it) on the wall next to the service window looked like there are 2 or 3 big bubbels of air under it
- The light control sometimes went berzerk and resetted itself (ceiling lights suddenly turn on, other lights show alle different colors for 1 or 2 seconds) which was a bit annoying when napping or watching tv
- Door sometimes stuck, had to use a lot of force to open it
- This is more a personal thing: The 2 personal air vents are nice, but waaaaaay too loud for my taste
All in all, its still an awesome first class with lots of personal space and I got some of the best hours of sleep i ever had in a plane, however some material and/or design choices just don't feel very high class

DXB-MLE? I guess its better than nothing but Id at least like to spend some time in the new F.
I still dont see what all the hype is about. I think Id much rather showers on the A380 then a fully enclosed suite. The current seats have plenty of room and total privacy that nobody can really see into. Especially with the high walls on the 380 that staff has to go out of their way to look in. What do people need a fully enclosed suite for anyway? I can still pick my nose and eat the boogers without anyone seeing in the old suites with the door closed.

And yes, MLE is published as a new F route

And your point is...? First off the camera at the back wall of the F cabin I like in case something goes missing from my belongings. I think its a great security feature. Secondly, Im not sure the camera at the back can actually see you over the wall if you close your suite and record me eating my boogers. Thirdly, they can see me eating my boogers and record it I dont care.

My guess is random swaps. When the new F was on the IAH route this summer it was pretty consistently showing up in the seat maps in the weeks prior. With DFW, I can't see a single day over the next 2 weeks with new F but that doesn't mean it wont happen, just that you cant count on it.

....and also I'm tall, so I don't want to accidentally see you picking your nose and eating your boogers. But hey, you do you.....
