Went around A and B last night and this morning
B had the corton which was singing.
Red wise it's leoville Barton , lynch bage and some J wine
A is nearly identical except for the Chile Don Melchor
Didn't have the energy to wander to C

Interestingly the Dom Rose wasnt listed on my in flight menu/book JFK-DXB last week. I seemed to be the only one drinking it as you wouldnt know it was there unless you checked the online wine list, or an FA offered it proactively.
Wonder if it will be printed on tonights flight back to JFK. Will keep an eye on the year served as well

Oh boy things are really heating up onboard right now for the US flights.
Flew EK 232 yesterday - 2016 Opus may be the best wine I have ever drank, so incredibly smooth . 2006 Angelus was also offered but I really preferred the Opus, especially without any food (which to be honest was terrible out of IAD so I drank my calories). Some may disagree with that, but I find once you reach a certain price point it really comes down to palate, so if the Angelus is in theory a higher end selection the Opus was my winner by a long shot.
FA found one bottle of the 2009 Dom Rose (not on the menu) for me and I drank the whole bottle (Ooops!), also absolutely exceptional.
In the A lounge as i write this and my man scrounged up an open bottle of Angelus, he took his task seriously and was on the case and said has not seen any Opus and the Mouton has not been around for a little bit.
Too much fun for a guy who loves wine.

update from this morning in Dubai
A few half open bottles of Angelus and Opus both in B. Have to be aggressive to find them I wont lie. Not enough time on my shorter layover to check out the others.
I have a bit of a tidbit for onboard 2009 Dom Rose but dont have time to type it out now, will get to it later for everyone.

Although the Dom Ros was on the app for EK16 which I have just disembarked from, it wasnt in the book, it wasnt offered (by the otherwise excellent FA) and I didnt ask for an explanation. So I had to drink the normal stuff. Terrible first world problem.
The 2006 Angelus made up for it
