And I'd gladly be the world's biggest hypocrite for $5 million on a few hours work.

Yes, I'd wager big money it was filmed entirely on the ground.

As for the 'hypocrisy' issue and nk15's comment that Aniston "hates flying" : well....if the criteria for accepting offers to front product ads were an avowed (as in genuine !) liking or enjoyment of the relevant product/service, we would have seen a lot fewer such ads over the years. Ultimately - though admittedly not in ALL cases - money still talks.

Interesting to see edy4eva's view re the 'nightmare' element. I guess it's evidence of how we all take something different from the same commercial. Personally I thought it was more a clear positive for EK than a negative, in that a true nightmare scenario would be the thought of flying long-haul on a carrier that offered neither a shower or bar/lounge facility (though whether or not JA's fears related specifically to Delta, as nk15 suggests, is another matter ......)

Plus, if it is indeed the case that JA truly HATES flying, and she is ever 'charged' with hypocrisy for taking part in the ad, she could respond by saying that - having experienced the A380 in F - her fears were allayed because it gives her access to all the comforts she would have on the ground.

Regardless..... I doubt we are expected to take the detail of such ads too literally. I mean .......how many of us would seriously expect to chance upon the likes of both Pele & Cristiano Ronaldo hanging around alone at the bar - AND on the SAME flight .....

Of course, I had a nightmare that I was on a plane without a shower or bar. It was an EK 777.

I don't get it.

Over half of Emirates planes do NOT have a shower.

All such complaints should be directed to JA. Now that would be funnier than her commercial...

Going by Friends Season 10 Episode 18 "The Last One" Part-2, it appears pax don't trust JA much on this topic. On the other hand Lisa Kudrow seems to be a trusted aviation buff.

Lol, yes, and AA is NOT going for great, nor is United flying the friendly skies. It's all advertising.

I like it! But I do that that view above the F suite when she "wakes up" makes the suite look cramped. I don't know, just me eye for it.

That's fairly accurate. It certainly isn't the largest/best F suite hard product out there.

OK, so it isn't the view. I looked at it and said "huh, that looks smaller then TG on the A380." But who cares...they don't have a shower
