To be honest I only sat there for the quiet, didn't have champagne or canapés. Did see 3 different types of Bruschetta at the food station next to the champagne bar though.

Nice, it's good they're changing things up. It used to be the same 3 sandwiches for the longest time. I wouldn't be surprised if it were the same 3 plates of sandwiches.

Question about lounge access:
If I book a partner award flight from JAL on Emirates, and I book the ticket in F, but one leg is only available in J, will I have F lounge access?
JFK-DXB-SEZ. JFK-DXB is in F, but DXB-SEZ is not available in F (only J), though it is a 3 class airplane. At the layover, will I have access to the F lounge?
Same question on the return.

What time does the SIN lounge open in the evenings these days.
Looking at yesterday (Sunday) I see a 3:15pm flight followed by one at 9:00pm.

I went to the Singapore lounge ~7am this morning while transiting and asked.
It was to close shortly after that time to reopen 10:00am.
After that it was to close approx. 3pm then reopen in the evenings from 5:10pm. It would then stay open until last flight departs early AM.
