A6-EMN soon to follow, with the rest of the -300 fleet not far behind.

The two 777's I've seen ferried to the states at BOS have both been painted white.

ECP and ENN are in storage at DWC now too.
However, ECK returned from storage.

Thus, I believe, this has nothing to do with the frames becoming old, but more like EK not needing the whole fleet due to things like the Qatar Crisis, and temporarily storing some frames.

Which are the A380s with the new lounge? Are they ULH frames?

Wow I hope ECP comes back soon. Still have nostalgic memories of such a great flight on that bird.

I think it may only be on two class frames so far, which are all non-ULR.

EPA has WiFi, not sure if anyone is updating the list? Love this thread, use it often, first time I've noticed a discrepancy (says EPA doesn't have WiFi)

My list isn't exactly up to date either, but it does include EPA.

I'm sure all new ones have WiFi, it's the older models that really matter, that being said however, I think most, if not all have had it retro-fitted.
I rarely come across frames without WiFi these days. That being said we're still on stand, an hour past our EOBT

Was in a similar situation this August. Not fun when it's half past 3 in the morning.
Unfortunately I virtually never fly on A380 routes, I average about 40 77W flights on EK per year, with noticeable improvement in the WiFi availability.

23.38, 78mins past EOBT and we just pushed back. Asked an FA if she knew how long the delay would be and she said she only knows what the captain said in his PA, great "I was asleep and didn't hear it" and just got a polite nod... Lucky me with an almost 4h transit in DXB there was lightning right over the airfield as we boarded though (in BOM) and my earlier flight HYD-BOM on Indigo was delayed 45 mins due to congestion in BOM so all par for the course, really.

I'll take a look at the Google Doc later, thanks for sharing!

^ I'll try remember, I've had a ton of EN* frames this year, I look up every frame I fly in this thread before the flight where possible (not ex-DXB as I usually don't have WiFi by the time I see the reg no), so definitely keen to keep it up to date.

The fun is sitting the terminal in CPT waiting to board a domestic LCC flight and seeing an EK 77W taxy past and recognizing the reg as one you've flown previously. Unfortunately it's the type of joy no one around you understands

Hello Everyone,
I have been told that 5 of the EK 777-300s (non ER) will be leaving EK fleet and going to Cathay Pacific afterwards. May I know the registration for those five aircrafts? Million thanks.

The last 5 777 classic frames left are as follows:

EMQ, EMR, EMT, EMV, EMX

2 of which (EMV, EMX) are currently stored at DWC.

Don't know if the deal is still on though. As a side note, the hull written off during the Dubai crash landing was one of the frames originally included in the deal.
