I love mustard. My favorites would be Maille's Old Style Grainy and Dijon Mustards. I also enjoy Coleman's.

Plochman's Natural Stone Ground. Coarse, rich, great with everything. My favorite. It's reasonably priced but I don't think it's available everywhere -- the company is headquartered in Illinois.

I prefer mustard over ketchup. I also like pepper better than salt. I'm hooked on mixing mustard and ketchup together for dipping french fries. I love chinese hot mustard - just have to watch the quantity.

Mustard rules!! ^^

I like all types of mustard-and have many in my fridge.
I usually buy the french Maille or Roland(when I can find it-and the Roland from France is great and much cheaper than Maille)I have not had a jar of poupon in the house for ages-I get the "extra forte" dijon from Maille or Roland.

But I am not a snob-I also like Frenches Yellow on the corn"dogs"(vegie actually)that I like as an occassional snack.

I love mustards that give me that feeling! Although, I have sinus issues, so perhaps I like it because I feel like I can actually breathe again.

Anybody like Weber's Horseradish Mustard from BUF? I grew up on it. It's hot, but not too hot.

Did you see the episode of "The Nanny" where Fran accidentally overdoes the wasabi when trying sushi for the first time - for the next few lines of dialogue her voice is no longer nasal at all - more like a BBC presenter!

There is now a "spicy brown mustard" made by the tabasco people - it is wonderful - and their mayo is incomparable - I have been known to make a sandwich just to eat that mayo.

Yeh, I don't know what the problem is. For me, it's not the clearing, it's actual pain. I feel like I was socked in the nose and my eyes begin to cry. I love spicy food, and that clears my sinuses just fine. But for whatever reason, mustard, horseradish and (fake) wasabi (which I understand is primarily horseradish) just kill me. Then again, give me a rare roast beef hoagie and you will lose a quarter bottle of french's!

I just fixed a snack after getting home from work... put this russian mustard on my hot dog... I thought my eyes were going to pop out!

my sinuses cleared right up, with a funny feeling that almost made me sneeze on the bridge of my nose.

god damn Ruskies!

French's Yellow Mustard is the Marlboro Light of mustards - okay for wimps and breast-feeding babies.
Dijon mustard means you're French or gay or possibly both.
Here in Blighty real men use Colman's English mustard and nothing else.

Colemans is fine if you want nothing but a blazing hot mustard taste.I use it in cooking only(potato salad and a roast beef salad I make)but it has no depth of flavor and covers the flavor of anything else in a sandwich.

Mt. Horeb is roughly half an hour from MSN airport--yes, I have been there. It's a nice little town (by now a bedroom suburb of Madison, I guess) with some good antique stores, etc., in addition to the Mustard Museum.

For the record, you can put me down as a Plochman's fan.
