Not the cool glasses that corky has but ordered the Mai Tai and the Firecracker as well as a ceviche to share.

A Spicy Prickly Pear to kick off a leisurely dinner at Cattlemen’s Steakhouse yesterday- delicious way to spend the time between the FEI World Cup Grand Prix Jumping and Dressage Freestyle sessions. Also last evening I had Texas T Whiskey, both by itself with just a little ice and as part of a Texas T Iced Tea, enjoying both having never tasted (or even aware) of that Whiskey

  • 2 ounces rye whiskey
  • ounce sweet vermouth
  • ounce yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Tangerine Lemon Drop. I have found a regular lemon drop too sweet. But this was slightly sour and very refreshing.
