Why don't you just order through Amazon and have it delivered as WF is one of their brands.

My wife has been supporting a Filipina friend who lost her restaurant due to Covid-19. She cooks from home and sells the meals. Tuesday, she ordered Kare' Kare' and a separate order of Beef w/Onions that she wanted me to try. I do like some Filipino foods especially the way they make Spaghetti with a sweet Meat Sauce that actually contains pieces of hot dogs as well, but this was so salty, I could not eat it. She then tried it, and said the same, but would not call her friend to let her know. We wasted some money that we don't really have as to me it's inedible.

I would tell her that it was too salty so she can dial it back for others.

Always bring it to their attention, otherwise how can they fix it? No need to be mean, just say it was too salty. Personally, I’d mix in some bottled sauce that wasn’t salty to “even” the salt level out.
I’ve run into problems with my wife’s cooking with similar things. You don’t want go criticize, but you don’t want them to waste their effort on something that’s not right.

I wonder if adding the salty beef to a neutral starch or vegetable (eg rice, bok choy, sautéed cabbage, etc) could help make the beef more edible to enjoy.

I would bet money that his real name is not teddybear99.

I definitely have mentioned LapLap to my family often because of our joy of the bunny buns.

You'd be surprised to find how easy it is to make enchiladas!

Very...a bit messy IMO but certainly easy to whip up a baking dish full. The problem might be that there is no point in making one or 2 enchiladas and everyone in the gao household has something different for dinner....so he would have to make them in individual portions.

He could make a bunch and freeze them.

yes but much easier to freeze a tray. I would just buy at tj like he does. I live alone and do takeout for enchiladas

My spouse asked a friend for their enchilada recipe and decided that the $6.99/pack at Trader Joe’s was too enjoyable. I don’t have a preference because I never have ever chosen to order enchiladas at any restaurant. I love Mexican and Central American food. In geberal, baked tortilla dishes and baked Italian pasta dishes aren’t a huge joy; I’ll gladly eat lasagne and moussaka and enchiladas when they’re served to me. I used to order different dishes at restaurants.

I feel the same way about enchiladas. I have ordered them at a restaurant exactly once, about a year ago, because I wondered if I was missing out on something wonderful. They were fine, but I like other things on the menu better. My wife makes excellent enchiladas, and I've also had really good ones at my friend's house...his mom, who is from Mexico, made them. Both are better than what I had at that restaurant, which is a very good Mexican restaurant we've gone to several times. Some things are just better homemade I guess.

So you didn't have the enchiladas listed above? What did you have--just the ice cream part?
And I don't recall you ever mentioning your wife cooking...was the recipe for her or for you to make?

I ate the enchiladas and they’re delicious and I will either cook them if they’re bought at Trader Joe’s, or I’ll just cook something we have :-)
I’m uninterested in cooking enchiladas, unless it becomes a request.

I love enchiladas and order them out often as well as make them from scratch at home even more often. Good corn tortillas are one of my absolute favorite foods. Almost impossible to go wrong,
I have never had pre-made enchiladas at home in my life.

Spaghetti & meatballs with Rao’s marinara
fusilli with Parm and meatballs with Rao’s marinara
spaghetti with blistered cherry tomatoes and some Rao’s marinara

i can’t decide if I’m having dessert... maybe later? Tempted to finish my cannabis cookie from February. It’s probably lost most potency by now.

Homemade shrimp scampi at the beach with fresh NC shrimp. Pretty straightforward to make but delicious especially with fresh shrimp

Midnight - pumpkin hummus and crackers. Very good pumpkin hummus.
I’m next getting kettle chips
maybe a bowl of fruit loops.
